Logan's Property Maintenance

About Logan's Property Maintenance

In late April, when the frost finally lets go of Brookfield's gravel roads and the runoff comes down the ridge loud and cold toward Sunset Lake, Logan's Property Maintenance is out with mowers and rakes, coaxing the winter off a dooryard. The work here is shaped by hill-town ground — driveways that wash out, brush creeping back toward the field edge, a lawn that wants an honest edge before the sugarbush leafs in. Through the green months the crew handles mowing and trimming, seasonal cleanups and landscaping, land clearing, brush hogging, driveway repair and pressure washing for commercial and residential properties around Brookfield and central Vermont. Come winter, when snow settles over the Northfield hills and the floating bridge sits low in the gray, they turn to plowing and snow removal. The satisfaction is the same in either season: a clean line, a drive opened before the day starts, a place that plainly looks after itself.
