About Lou's Lawn Service & Garbage Collection

July afternoons in Bethel village come in stripes — sun, then the deep shade of a street maple, then sun again. Lou's Lawn Service & Garbage Collection mows through all of it: the narrow strip between sidewalk and road, the tilted patch behind the house nobody wants to push a mower across, the close work around fence posts and mailbox stakes. The Third Branch runs low and loud a block over while the mowing goes on. By evening the lawns along the village streets look brushed, clippings cleared rather than left in windrows. Small things — but they are what makes a street look looked-after.
