Lamson's Property Services

About Lamson's Property Services

There is a lot of open sky over Berlin — the airport sits on the plateau up above the valley, windsock snapping, planes coming in low over ground that catches every gust in the county. Lamson's Property Services works that exposed country in the spring, mowing and trimming as soon as the frost heaves settle, and clearing off the sand, sticks and matted grass the winter piles up. Wind-scoured lawns green up unevenly, so the first cuts of the year take a careful eye. From there it's steady mowing and property upkeep straight through to the fall clearing. Nothing complicated about it — just a place looking cared for, week after week, which is what most people are actually after.
