About 14th Colony Property Management

Berlin Pond at first light is about as still as water gets in Vermont — no boats, no motors, just mist standing on the surface until the sun comes over the hill and takes it. 14th Colony Property Management keeps grounds in order through the towns around it, mowing, trimming and handling the upkeep that a property needs week to week. Berlin spreads itself out: pond road, hill farms, the built-up stretch down toward the river, and every one of them grows grass on its own schedule. Managing that means showing up when the lawn is ready rather than when the calendar says so. The reward is a set of properties that never look like they were caught off guard — cut even, trimmed close, ready for whoever pulls in.
