About Stone & Browning Property Management LLC

Stone & Browning Property Management LLC looks after buildings and the ground they stand on in the granite valley around Barre, where Main Street runs low between quarried hills and the light comes late over the ridge in winter. Their work is rental property management — residential and commercial — across the greater Barre and Montpelier area, with a second office down in South Burlington, and it is the unglamorous, steady kind: a property kept up, a tenant's week made easier. Snow removal is where that care becomes visible to everyone at once, walks and lots opened while the streetlights are still humming, banks pushed back off the curb so the first car of the morning can simply turn in and park. There is a plain satisfaction in wet black pavement under a gray Vermont sky — the storm dealt with, the day handed back whole.
