About Commercial Concrete

Sleet on an empty parking lot sounds like static, and that is the sound Commercial Concrete works to in Yorktown. The plazas along Victory Boulevard have to open on time no matter what fell overnight, so the trucks run the aisles while the storm is still going and the walks and entries get cleared and treated before the first car arrives. Flat commercial ground freezes in sheets, especially where a downspout drains across pavement, and knowing those spots is most of the job. Salt goes down with an eye on the temperature, sand where traction matters more than melt. Morning comes, the lot is black and passable, and nobody thinks about the night at all.
