About Jackson Lawn Care

October turns the ridges around Wytheville the color of a struck match, and then every bit of it comes down into the yards. Jackson Lawn Care spends those weeks with leaves — raking, blowing, hauling, going back a second time because the oaks never agree to finish all at once. All summer before that it is mowing and trimming and keeping edges true along walks and drives, up on the hill where the town climbs toward the college and the wind finds you. After the last leaf comes the plow and the shovel: drives opened, walks cleared, ice control where the slick spots like to sit. The seasons hand the work off to one another, and somebody has to be standing there for the handoff.
