K & M Lawn care

About K & M Lawn care

September in Shenandoah County smells like cut grass and orchard fruit, and the mornings turn cool enough that the mower leaves a darker track behind it. K & M Lawn care runs its routes around Woodstock through that turn of the year — mowing, edging, string trimming, and pulling the leaves off before they mat down over the crown of the grass. A lawn kept through fall comes back stronger in April, which is most of the reason to bother. The work is steady and unglamorous and adds up to a property that looks looked-after from the road. Between the two ridges, in that low autumn light, it amounts to more than a chore.
