About Atlantic Lawn Care

Morning on this stretch of Accomack County arrives as fog first, drifting off the salt marsh and lying low over flat ground until the sun burns a hole through it. Atlantic Lawn Care works those early hours, when the grass is still heavy and the air carries the tidal creeks. Mowing on the Eastern Shore means reading sandy soil — how it drains fast after a squall, how it goes pale in a dry August, how it comes roaring back with one good rain. Lawns get cut, trimmed and edged clean along the lanes that run toward Chincoteague, so a yard reads tidy against all that open horizon. There is a particular satisfaction to a finished lawn out here: nothing between it and the sky.
