Bay Tree Care

About Bay Tree Care

Salt gets into everything in Virginia Beach, wind included, and the live oaks near the Lynnhaven have spent their whole lives leaning politely away from it. Bay Tree Care works with that grain rather than against it — pruning to thin a crown so a nor'easter can pass through it, tree trimming to hold limbs off shingles, removal when a pine has been rocked loose in sandy ground. Storm damage cleanup is a season of its own on this coast, from the first September watch to the last gray blow of March. Sandy soil, high water and a wind that never quite stops mean every job is read for the next storm, not only for this one. A yard that comes through a blow untouched is the whole ambition.
