About Andrae Landscaping

Shadowlawn wakes early in April: gulls arguing over Rudee Inlet, the boats going out, sunlight already warm on the little front yards a few blocks off the water. Andrae Landscaping keeps those blocks trim, mowing and trimming the tight lots where every square foot shows and edging the walks so the concrete reads sharp against the green. Grass this close to the ocean lives on sand and sea air, which means it wants a rhythm more than it wants fuss. Through summer the cuts come steady; in fall the crews clear the leaves and knock the beds back before winter. The whole neighborhood reads better when the small yards are square, and that is a fine thing to be responsible for.
