Active Lawn Maintenance

About Active Lawn Maintenance

Along Shore Drive the wind arrives off the Chesapeake with nothing standing in its way, and it carries whatever the season is doing straight to your yard. Active Lawn Maintenance answers it both directions: mowing, edging and trimming through the warm stretch when grass near the Bay grows fast and coarse, and plowing and shoveling on the handful of mornings the coast wakes up white. Chic's Beach lawns take salt spray and sandy soil in stride, but they still want a straight cut line and a clean edge at the drive. On a snow day the job is simpler and more urgent — get the pavement open, get the walkway safe, let people out of their own houses. The reward, either way, is the same: a place that looks tended and works properly.
