About SJM Professional Grounds

Autumn mornings come in with fog off the upper arms of the Occoquan, and the wide lawns toward Fairfax Station hold onto it until the sun burns through. SJM Professional Grounds works properties at that scale — mowing acreage evenly, trimming fence lines and treelines, edging drives and walks, keeping beds mulched and weeded straight through the season. Bigger ground is mostly logistics: set the route, hit each place on its week, and the whole property stays in one condition instead of spending all spring catching up. Fall means leaf work and cleanups; spring means the first cut and freshly drawn edges. A large lawn that looks uniform end to end is harder than it appears, and worth the trouble.
