Agronomic Lawn Management

About Agronomic Lawn Management

The Nansemond runs brown-gold past Constant's Wharf at first light, and the yards along that side of Suffolk wake up damp and heavy with river air. Agronomic Lawn Management works those lots through the growing months, mowing and edging and trimming until a lawn reads like a page with clean margins. There is real satisfaction in the last pass of an afternoon — the stripes lined up straight, the walk blown clear, the whole yard sitting quiet under a low sun. When fall finally sends the sweetgum leaves down, they haul the load off and hand the place back tidy. It is ordinary work done carefully, in a city wide enough to hold farmland and tidewater in the same afternoon.
