Goods Lawn Care

About Goods Lawn Care

Singers Glen takes its name from music: in this Shenandoah Valley village Joseph Funk ran the press that printed shape-note hymnbooks in the 1800s, and singing schools gathered here. The place still keeps a slower tempo, tucked beneath Little North Mountain with farm fields rolling away toward the Valley. Goods Lawn Care keeps the work simple and satisfying, mowing, trimming, and edging yards so they keep time with the tidy farmsteads around them. On a Sunday-quiet afternoon in early summer, a freshly mown lawn hums along with everything else, bees in the clover, wind in the maples, a hymn-tune hush over the glen.
