Showalter’s Property Maintenance

About Showalter’s Property Maintenance

There is a curve on the north side of nearly every one of these mountain lots that holds its ice well past noon, no matter how bright the day looks from the porch. Showalter's Property Maintenance works Shawneeland with that in mind — plowing, shoveling and de-icing driveways, parking pads and walks, and going back for the places a single pass never really solves. Winter on the slopes above Winchester arrives early and leaves reluctantly, and a February thaw is often just the setup for a harder freeze that night. So the work is done for tomorrow as much as today: runoff paths kept open, edges pushed back wide, treatment where the sun will not go. A property looked after that way stops being something to worry about when the forecast turns.
