About mijo Home Services

By October the light in Scotland slants low and golden, sweetgums turn their star-shaped leaves to wine and orange, and cool nights finally slow the grass. mijo Home Services keeps lawns in shape through that long, mellow fall, mowing, trimming and tidying edges as the growing season winds toward its close. In this part of Virginia autumn lingers, and a yard still wants steady attention well after the first sweaters come out of the closet. The payoff is a lawn that heads into winter neat and even, its borders cleanly drawn beneath a scatter of fallen color. On a late afternoon here, with woodsmoke on the air and acorns underfoot, a well-kept yard is a small, satisfying finish to the year.
