Task Force Powerwashing & Snow Removal

About Task Force Powerwashing & Snow Removal

The plow run starts in the dark, hours before anybody in Sandston is due anywhere. Task Force Powerwashing & Snow Removal takes the winter side of things — clearing lots and driveways, shoveling walks and entryways, spreading salt and ice melt where an overnight freeze has taken the firmest hold. Near the airport and along the commuter roads a great deal depends on pavement being open by first light, and central Virginia ice is not the negotiating kind. By sunrise the drives are cut down to bare surface and there is grit underfoot on every walkway. Then the trucks head back and the county gets on with its day as though nothing happened, which is rather the idea.
