About Jones mowing LLC

June evenings stretch out over Rural Retreat, and the ridgelines have gone soft blue by the time the last yard of the day is finished. Jones mowing LLC spends those hours cutting fescue that comes on quick in cool mountain nights and heavy dew, then trimming tight along fence lines, mailbox posts and the foundation of the house. There is a particular pleasure in stepping back to a lawn banded in even passes, with the border between grass and gravel drawn sharp again. The smell of it carries down the road and tells the neighbors somebody has been working. When autumn arrives, the same yards get their leaves pulled off and their last cut of the season taken low.
