D & D Lawn Care

About D & D Lawn Care

Drive Route 33 toward Stanardsville in late October and the maples come at you all at once, which is lovely for about a week and then it is all on the ground. D & D Lawn Care takes Ruckersville yards through that turn: mowing and trimming right up to the frost, leaves gathered and carried off, then plowing and shoveling once winter has its say. Drives in this county run long and often gravel, and clearing one properly means knowing where the edges are before snow hides them. There is satisfaction in a lawn put to bed clean in November, and more in a path cut to the door before anyone's boots hit it in January. The seasons hand the work back and forth; the standard stays put.
