About Smith Property Services, LLC

The boardwalk marsh at Huntley Meadows Park sits just up the road from Rose Hill, and the seasons announce themselves there first, a green haze in March and then still air and hard frost. Smith Property Services, LLC works both ends of that calendar, mowing, edging, fertilizing and clearing leaves through the warm months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once ice arrives. Snow in this stretch of Fairfax County tends to be heavy and short-lived, which packs the entire job into one long day. A cleared driveway and a swept walk are small things that turn a hard morning back into an ordinary one. Doing them well is a genuine pleasure.
