Leslie Excavating & Landscaping, LLC handles snow removal along Route 39 and the lanes branching off it, plowing drives, opening lots, clearing walks and treating ice on the steep pitches. Cold settles into a river gorge and stays, so a shaded turn can hold glaze for days after the sun has taken the open pasture. Working this terrain means respecting the grade and getting there early, before anything has a chance to set.
