About Outer Spaces LLC

Outer Spaces LLC follows the whole Sandston year, and around here that means two entirely different kinds of morning. From March into November it is mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, hedge work and leaf cleanup across the flat green lots between Varina and Four Mile Creek. Then a cold front drops through, the sleet comes, and the same trucks are out plowing and shoveling drives, opening walkways and salting steps before the first cars try the road. Virginia snow is short and sharp — one hard morning and then gone — so all of it hinges on being ready before the sky is. Either season, the aim holds steady: a property you can walk across and drive out of without thinking about it.
