About Gregg's Gardens, LLC

Byrd Park in early evening: rowers gone, Fountain Lake flat as glass, the carillon standing over the trees while people walk their laps around the water. Gregg's Gardens, LLC keeps the yards and beds on the streets nearby — mowing, edging and trimming through Museum District and Carytown blocks where a garden and a lawn share the same small footprint. Spring here is loud with bloom, and mowing starts the moment the ground dries enough to hold a wheel. When winter puts a hard glaze on Richmond, the work turns to snow: driveways plowed, front walks opened, ice handled at the steps. A tended yard on a city street is a public gift, and these get tended.
