About Green Jay Property Solutions

Scott's Addition is concrete and loading docks, old warehouses turned to taprooms, with the wind funneling straight down Summit Avenue. Green Jay Property Solutions handles the winter side of that district — plowing lots, opening entrance drives, and clearing the sidewalks and doorways where black ice forms in the shadow of a brick wall. Richmond storms tend to hover right at freezing, which is why the salt goes down before the first flake as often as after. Work like this happens at hours nobody sees: three in the morning, headlights on falling snow, one lane at a time. What is left by opening is unglamorous and exactly the point — bare pavement, a clean apron, and a door people can walk to.
