About GrassWorks

Saturday mornings in Purcellville belong to the ballfields — Fireman's Field, Franklin Park, and every backyard doing its best impression of one. GrassWorks mows, trims and edges straight through the growing season, and there is a specific pleasure in the moment the last pass lays a whole yard down one way and the stripes appear. Loudoun summers push grass hard; a week of rain and warm nights can turn a tidy lawn shaggy overnight, so the schedule matters as much as the blade. Cleanups arrive with the leaves, when the maples along the older streets let go all at once. The point of every bit of it is a lawn a family actually walks out onto.
