About Catoctin Property Services

Catoctin Creek runs the length of this valley, and everything around Purcellville tilts gently toward it — the pastures, the back lanes, the runoff from a hundred roofs after a storm. Catoctin Property Services keeps the ground on both sides of that tilt in order: mowing, trimming and cleanups while the valley is green, plowing and clearing when Short Hill wears white down to its shoulders. Winter here can arrive as a two-inch dusting or as the kind of night that shuts the gap roads, and the work adapts either way. Come April the same properties want a first cut, their edges reopened, the winter grit swept off the walks. Watching a place come back out of one season and into the next is the better half of the job.
