About Lyrics Lawn & Home Care

In Pratts the Blue Ridge stands along the western sky all day, close enough that the light shifts when a cloud crosses Old Rag. Lyrics Lawn & Home Care keeps the grass of these Madison County places — farmhouse yards set back from the road, lawns that run out to the fence line and pasture, the wide green shoulders a mower has to earn. Summer grows fast here after a Robinson River rain, and coming back to a yard gone shaggy and leaving it striped, trimmed close to the post and the porch step, is its own reward. Autumn brings the leaf work, oak and maple down in drifts against the treeline, and the clippings swept back off the gravel. It is good ground to tend, and it tends back.
