About Aerations Plus Inc.

September is the month Powhatan clay finally gives a little — cool nights, some rain, and a lawn ready to take seed. Aerations Plus Inc. works that window with core aeration and overseeding, pulling plugs across compacted ground so roots have somewhere to go. The rest of the calendar runs on mowing, trimming, edging and blowing, with fertilization and cleanups as the year calls for them. Around here compaction is the whole story; open the soil up and every other part of lawn care gets easier. The work covers Powhatan, Flat Rock, Macon, Ballsville and out toward Goochland.
