About Poquoson Tree and Crane Service

Nor'easters find this city easily — nothing stands between the loblolly pines and the open water but a few miles of marsh. When one of them runs cold enough to bring snow, Poquoson Tree and Crane Service is out clearing drives, walks and lots across town. Wet coastal snow is heavy, it sets up fast, and it has to be moved before it hardens like mortar. Treating the surface afterward is what keeps the job from having to be done twice. Sunup on a cleared driveway, the storm already headed back out to sea — that is the good part.
