About Tri Cities Lawncare LLC

Where the Appomattox finally lets go into the James at Hopewell, the water goes wide and the morning light off it is enormous. Tri Cities Lawncare LLC runs the ground between there and Petersburg — mowing, edging, trimming and clearing yards across the three cities and the country in between. Each town has its own grass: sandy and quick near the water, heavier clay up the hill toward Petersburg, and the cut gets adjusted accordingly. Summers here are long enough that a lawn will keep growing into October if you let it, so the weekly turn holds late. When the leaves come they clear them off, and the year closes on open, tidy ground.
