Big Eddie and Bubba’s Lawn Care

About Big Eddie and Bubba’s Lawn Care

Oak Level is red-clay Piedmont country in Henry County, where summer shows up early, stays late and the grass never gets word that it ought to slow down. Big Eddie and Bubba’s Lawn Care meets it head-on, cutting and trimming yards under a high July sun that bakes the clay hard and sets the cicadas singing in the pines. There is a cheerful pride in a big name and a sharp-looking yard, and this outfit carries both with ease. A straight line where lawn meets driveway, grass trimmed snug around the mailbox post, clippings kept off the porch steps: together they make a property look loved from the road. Out in this rural stretch of the county, where every front yard faces the passing traffic, that kind of care gets noticed.
