Wingate Lawn Care

About Wingate Lawn Care

Dogwoods break white on the hillsides above Norton before the grass has any real ambition, and that is when the season starts. Wingate Lawn Care takes the town's stair-stepped yards — the ones that climb from the sidewalk in two or three terraces — and gives them an even cut all the way up to the retaining wall. Mowing, trimming, edging, and the spring and fall cleanups that bookend it. On a Wise County evening when the ridgelines go blue and a freshly cut lawn is holding the last of the light, the work explains itself. It is not complicated; it only has to be done right and then done again.
