CSE Landscape Management

About CSE Landscape Management

Downtown Norfolk at four in the morning is streetlight and river fog, Granby Street empty all the way down to the water. When a freeze does come, CSE Landscape Management is out on the plazas and parking decks near Waterside long before the first badge swipes through a lobby door. Plow work in the lots, scrapers and shovels on the entry stairs, treatment in the shaded corners where ice will hold past noon. The whole job is measured by what doesn't happen — no slip at a doorway, no lot anyone has to turn away from. By eight it looks as though nothing occurred, and that is precisely the point.
