About Mountainside Property Services, LLC

West of New Baltimore the ground tilts up toward the Bull Run Mountains, and the driveways go with it — gravel, curved, and steep enough that two inches can end a morning. Mountainside Property Services, LLC takes the hard ones: plowing, shoveling walks and steps, and spreading salt and sand on the pitches where a truck would rather slide. Elevation buys extra snow up here, sometimes a few inches more than the fields below ever see. Clearing a slope means working with gravity instead of arguing with it, and finishing before the afternoon melt refreezes at dusk. A cleared hill road is a small thing right up until it is the only way out.
