About Lawngevity Landscaping LLC

Out past Swift Creek Reservoir the July light stretches long, holding gold on the water until nearly nine o'clock. Lawngevity Landscaping LLC keeps Midlothian lawns through that whole long stretch — weekly mowing when Virginia heat pushes the fescue hard, trimming along fence lines and mailboxes, beds edged and mulched, fertilization timed to what the season is actually doing rather than what the calendar says. A lawn is a long conversation, and the work is showing up for it week after week, in the heat and in the cool that follows. By the time the reservoir goes silver in September the yards read even and unbroken, ready for overseeding. Midlothian, Moseley, Powhatan and the roads in between.
