About Evergreen Landscaping Solutions

Merrimac lies in the fold of ground between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, where coal once came up out of the ridge and the Huckleberry Trail now runs quiet past what is left of the mines. Evergreen Landscaping Solutions keeps lawns here in the New River Valley, where Brush Mountain throws its shadow early and the grass grows thick in the cool air that slides down off it. Mowing follows the roll of the land, the drive line gets edged sharp, and the clippings come off the walks so a yard looks finished rather than merely shortened. There is real satisfaction in a fresh-striped lawn on a bright Montgomery County afternoon, the border between turf and pavement clean enough to draw with a ruler. It is small work, done carefully, on ground that has held up under much harder work than this.
