About Giving Hope Lawn Management

East of Mechanicsville the land rolls gently down toward the Pamunkey, and on a June evening the fireflies come up out of the grass as though the field were exhaling. Giving Hope Lawn Management keeps the lawns along that stretch of Hanover County on a steady schedule — mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing the leaves once the tulip poplars let go. Some of those yards belong to people who can no longer push a mower through a July afternoon, and getting them cut is its own kind of good work. The finish is the same everywhere: level grass, trimmed corners, nothing left scattered on the walk. A tended yard tells a whole street that somebody is paying attention.
