About CrossPro Property Services

An ice storm in central Virginia announces itself quietly: rain at thirty-four degrees, then a tick downward, then everything glazed. CrossPro Property Services watches that line for the business drives and lots around Mechanicsville and the Hanover Air Park, getting salt down ahead of the glaze rather than after it. When the storm does turn over to snow, the plow work follows — lots opened up, walkways scraped, entrances kept passable through the night. Nobody applauds an open parking lot, and that is exactly how you know it was done well. The trucks run until the last approach is clear and theirs are the only lights left on the road.
