About Pet Domestic

The first real snow of December tends to catch McLean mid-errand — flakes over Balls Hill Road, then an inch, then the hush. Pet Domestic answers with plow, shovel and ice melt: driveways opened, front walks cut to bare concrete, the strip at the curb cleared so the mail and the dog walk both still happen. The run of sidewalk past Franklin Park matters as much as the driveway, and it gets the same attention. Refreeze is the real hazard here, so treated surfaces are checked again once the sun drops behind the trees. Nobody should have to pick their way down their own steps.
