Meadorwoods Landscaping & Lawn

About Meadorwoods Landscaping & Lawn

By late October the hardwoods above Martinsville let go all at once — oak, maple, sweetgum — and every yard along the woodline disappears beneath them. Meadorwoods Landscaping & Lawn works that season hard, with leaf cleanup, final cuts, trimming, edging and bed work to put a property down for winter. Grass smothered under a mat of leaves comes up sick in spring, so the raking and blowing matter far more than they appear to. There is a particular pleasure in the last pass of the year, the lawn showing green again once all that color is carried off. It holds like that until the first warm week of March.
