About barlow excavating llc

Some nights the weather slides down off the ridges above Philpott Lake, and by two in the morning Henry County is glazed over and gone quiet. That is barlow excavating llc's hour. Snow removal here means the long gravel drives out toward Axton, the business lots close to uptown, the pitched approaches a car simply will not climb — pushed back, scraped down, opened before anyone has to think about the first shift. The pride in it is plain: the town wakes, the pavement is dark and wet instead of white, and getting out is not a question. Plowing and clearing for Martinsville, Collinsville, Bassett, Stanleytown, Spencer and Axton, for as long as the storm keeps coming.
