Verdant Valley

About Verdant Valley

Mallow lies tucked into the folds of Alleghany County, where the mountains crowd close and the low ground turns a deep, nearly blue green by midsummer. Verdant Valley lives up to that setting in the warm months, mowing and trimming lawns so all that green stays orderly rather than wild. When winter comes down off the Alleghenies, the job becomes snow removal, with plow and shovel taken to drives and walks that can vanish under a single night's storm. Weather in these mountains rarely sends notice ahead, and a full calendar of work means being ready for both: the fresh-cut lawn in July and the opened lane in January. Either one, done right, makes a house in Mallow easy to come home to.
