Madison keeps Old Rag in view from half its fields, and the Robinson River comes down out of those hollows carrying the mountain's weather along with it. 4 Seasons Landscapes follows the whole year around that view — mowing and trimming from the first flush in April to the last slow cut in October, then plow and shovel once the Piedmont turns hard. In the warm months the work is edges, clean lines and clippings kept off the walks. In the cold months it is a cleared drive and a salted step before the county lanes have even been touched.
