About Stump doctor Grinding & Tree Service

Lynchburg's older yards are terraced into the hillsides, and half of them hold a stump somewhere in the slope — a silver maple lost to a storm, a pine that got too tall for the setback. Stump doctor Grinding & Tree Service takes the tree out and then takes out the memory of it, grinding down until the ground can be leveled and seeded. Trimming rounds out the day: weight pulled off a leaning limb, branches cleared where they fight the mower every single week. The city's grades turn every job into a small puzzle of angles and footing, which is honestly the fun of it. When the machine shuts off and the yard runs uninterrupted from porch to fence, that is the result we came for.
