About Sharptop Tree Service LLC

From the high streets of Lynchburg the Blue Ridge stands up blue and folded to the west, and in winter, with the leaves down, you can finally see what a tree is actually made of — the crossing limbs, the dead wood, the lean nobody noticed in July. That is the season Sharptop Tree Service LLC likes best for pruning and trimming, when the structure is honest and a cut does the most good. We take on removals in that cold light as well, and after a wind event we work the phones and the yards until the driveways are open. Something about a bare crown shaped right, dark against a pale sky, keeps us at it. Come summer nobody sees any of it — just a healthy tree with nothing scraping the roof.
