About Doug's Lawn And Cleaning Services Inc.

The old warehouse blocks below Fifth Street were built for loading, and a dock apron under four inches of snow stops a whole morning cold. Doug's Lawn And Cleaning Services Inc. plows and clears through Lynchburg's winter, taking on lots, alleys, entrances and the tight approaches where a truck has to be patient. Salt goes down at the low spots where runoff from the hill collects and hardens overnight. There is something good about switching off the headlights on a lot that was white an hour earlier. Downtown opens on schedule, and nobody has to wonder why.
