About Properties Unlimited, LLC

Winter storms enter Loudoun over the Blue Ridge and follow the Route 7 corridor east, and they rarely have the courtesy to arrive in daylight. Properties Unlimited, LLC keeps the night shift: plowing lots and driveways, clearing walkways, spreading ice melt at the low spots along Edwards Ferry Road where meltwater runs at dusk and freezes hard again by three in the morning. Amber lights, a windrow pushed to the far corner, a black stripe of pavement opening behind the blade — that is the whole picture, repeated until the sky lightens over Leesburg. By the time the first commuters back out of their driveways, the difficult part of the storm is already behind them, handled by someone they never saw. Snow work gets measured that way, in ordinary mornings made possible.
