The Neighbor's Kid Home & Lawn

About The Neighbor's Kid Home & Lawn

June evenings run long here — light still up in the trees at eight o'clock, a sprinkler ticking somewhere, the smell of cut grass sitting over the whole block. The Neighbor's Kid Home & Lawn works right into that hour: mowing, trimming the fence lines and tree rings, edging the walk, blowing the drive clean before the truck rolls. Grass around Lake Barcroft comes on fast in early summer, and the weekly visit is what keeps a yard even instead of shaggy in patches. Spring and fall bring the bigger passes, beds cleared and leaves hauled off before they mat down over the turf. Plain work, done again next week, on streets from the lake through Falls Church and Lincolnia.
