1up Lawn Care

About 1up Lawn Care

By the middle of October the white oaks and tulip poplars over Lake Barcroft let go all at once, and a lawn can vanish under a single week of leaves. 1up Lawn Care works those weeks the way you'd work a tide — beds and fence lines blown out first, leaves windrowed toward the curb, then the piles hauled off so the turf underneath can breathe before the cold. The rest of the year it is the steady rhythm: mow, trim, edge, keep the borders honest. Late fall is when the difference shows most, a raked-bare yard sitting under low afternoon light with nothing left to do to it. The route runs from the streets above the lake through Culmore and Lincolnia and out toward Annandale.
